Question 2.

Question 2: Reflecting on your personal past experiences, discuss an idea you developed, only to have it fail after the implementation. Why could you not sustain it after the implementation?

Failure is often associated with poor planning or changing terrain once the project is initiated. I have experienced both types of failures and with my experiences I know to not keep my head to table and plan away. I seek counsel as often as possible and set measurable metrics to keep a project or idea in sight. After implementation I have seen projects fall apart owing to those left in charge not feeling any ownership in the endeavor. Therefore considerations are needed to what happens once the project is handed off.
