Question 3: Think of the products/services of your current organization. How can the products/services be enhanced to appeal to larger segments of the current markets?
Low-cost is one answer. Our largest market segment is commodity driven and cost is king. While we strive to differentiate ourselves through service and other value adders, when the markets turn downward we often don’t survive because we are not a low-cost producer.
