Question 1: Consider your own leadership traits. Do you more closely fit with the creative nature from MBA 715, the organizational nature of MBA 725, the growth nature of MBA 735, or the mature nature of MBA 745? Explain your response.

I enjoy change. I like being part of teams who are charged with creating positive change. Therefore based on this acknowledgement I would be inclined to think the creation or growth stages are more to my liking. As noted in class conversations I am working for a company trying very hard to restructure itself and rebuild. I have found my last three years with this company extremely challenging with plenty of new ideas being sought out and implemented. We have launched a new venture into Mexico and now are positioning ourselves for a JV in China. So, I seek change and it looks to me it can come in many different packages.
