2. How does a leader keep well-informed of what is happening in the marketing channels that may have a direct impact on the business activities?

Businesses are moving fast, and changes happen in a blink of an eye. A leader must have methods and metrics in place to monitor the effectiveness of marketing channels. There must be an additional connection to any potential changes to marketing channels in the future; for instance pending regulatory changes which might limit or cease a particular channel activity.
