1. How do you communicate your desire for a strategic alliance? to another organization? How would persuade them to strategically align with you?

Communication to another organization about forming a potential strategic alliance must be under formalized conditions with persuasive data demonstrating the benefit to both companies. If an existing relationship is in place, informal meetings could help “float” concepts to see what level of interest they find. To be successful in persuading or selling the concept, a clear understanding of the benefits, boundaries of the partnership, and the real intent as to the “why” the initiating company wants to do the deal.
