2. Did you feel that you could concentrate on improving efficiencies while remaining flexible to the ideas of your team members?
Yes; I find I work very well with team members when there is interest on their part to produce a product we are all proud of. The current team we have for 745 is a very sound team, from a variety of backgrounds and all of us respect each others opinion. With everyone able to contribute in a positive way, when ideas come to surface they are all reviewed in the open for their value and the idea may stand as stated or it may evolve with other input. It was clear from our interactions we increased our efficiency as the class progressed. I think this is a natural occurrence with everyone wanting to complete the required work in the least amount of time, but with an eye on the level of quality we expect to turn in. Respect and trust are key points to note, because they go a long way to create a positive working environment for all team members.
