3. How will your preference of the four-lens approach impact your ability or desire to assist new employees in becoming acclimated to the culture of your organization?
I am very analytical and therefore I would offer more logical and factual information to a new employee joining our company. I would be less (but not completely devoid) personal until I was able to get to know the new employee, but I would be able to offer my support if needed in other areas.
