Question 2: What are your personal competitive advantages? What do you do better than your counterparts in your current job? In your industry? Compared to workers in general (in and out of your field of expertise)?

I have several competitive advantages both from a personal standpoint and within the industry I am working within. First of all I have experience, both from a technical standpoint but also a business standpoint. I understand what it takes to be profitable, and the need for profitability. I know how to manage people… to gain the most from a talented group. In short I see myself a leader of others…. Both for the betterment of a collective group and the individual.
